Awareness Communication Technology, LLC (AwareComm®) was formed in 1987 as a Research and Development firm to identify the key elements of “why people can’t change even though their life depends on it.

Today AwareComm® is on a global mission with Microsoft to bring empowerment solutions that drive change and innovation from the bottom-up and the top-down. We are strategically positioned within our 430,000 Microsoft Partner Network and within multiple marketplaces. We offer research, distribution, packaging and change management solutions that are measurable and scalable. Our success and market dominance is a result of the footsteps of our founder, Dr. Richard Jorgensen.

Dr. Jorgensen comes out of the venture capital community, yet the length and breadth of his legacy and experience spans multiple industries. He is a man who has led many lives and seeks to leave the world in a better place than we are collectively heading. The principle power of the organization he built is that it is not dependent on any one person. Rather, the collective vision and the drive of the organization culture are what propel AwareComm forward. The development of this collaborative research environment has been one of intense research – field and theory.

The processes, philosophy and tools that Dr. Jorgensen researched to build AwareComm® into the self-funding, self-regulating and self-perpetuating organization it is, are the same tools offered and delivered today. AwareComm is rooted in research, thereby reinforcing the importance of true and effective data collection and analysis to all stakeholders.

We first set out to define “why people can’t change even though their life depends on it.

Once the elements of the challenges were identified the next phase was implemented to blend:

  • Relational Models from Princeton
  • Multiple Intelligence from Harvard
  • Transformational Learning from Toffler
  • Human Understanding/Spirituality from Carl Jung
  • Social Commitment Rebuilding from Edward Deming
  • Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) from Francine Shapiro

The product was packaged into eModular Online/Offline Delivery (eMod™) Learning Software.

The content and methodology was packaged into eModular Online Offline Delivery (eMod™) Learning Software Apps for delivery to ensure consistency and scalability in delivering and accuracy in research (data) collection. eMods were then tested in the field:

  • Social Model Rehabilitation Programs (HUD)
  • Small Business
  • Enterprise Business
    • Toyota
    • Boeing
    • Caterpillar
  • Churches
  • Public Schools
  • Sports Teams
  • Universities
  • Court Systems
  • FAA Addiction Recovery

The results were beyond expectations:

  • Self-esteem was increased by greater than 1 Standard Deviation with a “T” Factor of 95.
  • Addiction Recovery rose to a 91% success rate with emotional, social, financial and spiritual sobriety.
  • Teamwork and true interdependency became the “New Normal” with all participating member organizations.
  • Barriers and resistance to change and learning were overcome.

The next challenge to overcome was to develop a method of distribution on a global level:

  • To support the implementation of individual and organizational empowerment.
  • To effectively maintain community identity and individuality, while incorporating an aggressive scalability effort.
  • To reach the world quickly and effectively a partnership of Social Entrepreneurs was established under the umbrella of Collaboration Laboratory (Co-Lab) Institute, a Socially Responsible Venture Capital Firm seeking Partnerships (Private Branded Co-Labs) in the following areas:

    • HealthCare Alternatives
    • Education Alternatives
    • Financial Asset Building
    • Legal - Understanding Rights
    • Travel and Recreation – Cultural Discover
    • Legacy – Establishing and Implementing Heritage Wisdom

Each partnership is committed to address social and economic challenges within their sphere of influence using a Collaborative Laboratory (Co-Lab™) to raise:

Trained and certified PWI Co-Lab Evangelists seek businesses and organizations that are experiencing changes:
