Looking Back, Moving Forward:<\/em><\/strong> In the last eMod Buddy Blog we were left with the question of \u201cNOT WHAT to do, BUT HOW to do it?\u201d How do we reverse the \u201cAge of Narcissism\u201d and reshape the culture from one\u00a0rooted in\u00a0fear, selfishness, control and entitlement to one of trust, empowerment and personal power?<\/p>\n

Since we know that the problem<\/strong>\u00a0relates to our\u00a0culture(s), and is a\u00a0result\u00a0of the\u00a0Technology Seduction, <\/em><\/strong>we need to turn to technology for the solution\u2026 \u201ctaking the sliver out the same way it went in.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

CULTURE: <\/strong>The problem is one of culture. Therefore, we need a solution that addresses cultures and empowers cultures in our businesses, organizations, schools, spiritual institutions, communities, families and so on.<\/p>\n

TECHNOLOGY: <\/strong>The most effective communication and delivery mechanism available today is technology. Yet, technology which was originally created to help us, has been used to control and compensate for our shortcomings (rather than empower and raise our human intelligence). We therefore need a solution that empowers and raises our individual and collective human intelligence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

CULTURE + TECHNOLOGY = POWER:\u00a0 <\/strong>We must rebuild our culture through a process of applying interdependent business practices and effective communication (technology) to our current value proposition business. That means making our ideas, products and services come alive with culture-driven applications<\/strong> and processes<\/strong> that empower people with:<\/p>\n
