Lastly, the third function of management is <strong>energy. Energy<\/strong> is the <em>power, drive and focus<\/em> <em>to make it things happen<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>These three functions make up the management of business, and when businesses are managed effectively we see these principles filter down into the employee culture.\u00a0 Thus, an environment of followship-leadership is created within the business and an employee-owned culture becomes believable and achievable.<\/p>\n<p>These principles are crucial and will continue to indispensable in the years ahead. As robotics takes over rote and automation tasks and jobs, the skills to manage resources, time and energy will become more invaluable.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"tab-stops: 2.5in;\">Possibilities for Consideration<\/h2>\n<p>These principles are simple in theory, yet in practice one can only ask:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>HOW YOU DO DAT?<br \/>\nHOW DO I GET THAT FOR MYSELF AND OTHERS? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>These are not just principles they address the very real problem, answer and solution within today\u2019s workplace.\u00a0 In order to be a part of change and learn more about the realities and opportunities of business.
