Driven by AwareComm®, a quad Gold Research and Development Partner, together with a handpicked group of crack Microsoft Partners, the first Teams Collaboration App (Co-Lab™) was created. It was created with a technology that started on the desktop and now reaches to the Microsoft Cloud.

August 2018 marked another milestone as an international panel met, led by Satya. The panel conversation focused on how we as individuals, teams and organizations, can create an environment where everyone can do their best work. Satya stated, "At Microsoft, we strive to embody a growth mindset – a continuous practice of learning, renewal and having the courage to confront our own fixed mindsets. This means fostering a culture that is diverse and inclusive and values the unique perspectives and experiences of each individual."

On August 16th, 2018, two men from opposite ends of the earth met. They connected online in the International AwareComm Collaboration Laboratory (Co-Lab™), hosted aboard the Midnight Sun, a 68 ft. sailing vessel and the first AwareComm Co-Lab Institute™.

Using the AwareComm Co-Lab™ platform, a blend of technology, methodology, human understanding and data science, they joined in a union of passion, purpose, skill and wisdom. The one man, a wise old Viking, Dr. Richard Jorgensen; the other man a younger distinguished Catholic Priest, Fr. Santo.

Fr. Santo, wielding the power of the Catholic Church is responsible for 1.4 million people in his country – facing the cultural challenge of adversity as it impacts a challenge to faith.

Dr. Jorgensen, or as Fr. Santo likes to call him,"Dr. Richard," wielding the power of the Microsoft Partner Network, is a shepherd for humanity's leaders – transitioning adversity to diversity, through AwareComm Co-Lab™ collaboration.

This was not the first time they had met, and it certainly would not be the last. They joined hands across time, continents, oceans and cultures. Their differences were embraced with attention, respect and appreciation. Using a unique proprietary Socratic Process, a sense of equal but different, laid the foundation for a partnership of true followship-leadership to evolve and flourish.

Informational Insights: Reflections from Fr. Santo, a Growing Followship-Leader in the AwareComm International Co-Lab™

What I captured:

The world is changing and it is our unfolding mission.

How do we change the world with technology? Cultural understanding is required here.

What are our challenges:

Ability to communicate.

Our relationship with God, the opportunity is lost and we must regain it back.

One of the pillars of our challenges is the resources.

Two things we have to bear in mind ;

Level of communication must become very clear to enable us to correct problems.

Authorities fear each other. Those in power are interested in protecting themselves rather than solving problems. Problem solving with little risk means we have to fix our problems by demonstrating the truth. The people we shepherd are losing grips on Faith. The truth will set them free. Our mission is to see that the truth is taught to them.

The biggest question you raised was, how many people do we reach effectively as the Church by being able to communicate the truth?

You clearly lamented that the message of the catholic church is lost, when you see and hear what is happening within the church. You continued that trust must be built and Love must reign.

We need to re-establish trust.

As for our Uganda/Tochi Youth Resource Centre Co-Lab™, we must get topics of interest and inject into the Centre to become a way of life.

This is the gateway through which the Students and the community can be helped to understand the truth.

Your presentation on Spirituality: "Empowering the World with Spirituality."

Spiritual values as a way of life:

American Constitutional Freedom

The 5 Dimensions of Recovery

Informed HealthCare

Unmanned Aircraft

Animal Therapy

Catalina (a place of nature)

Sea of Cortez (explore nature)

You further mentioned that Principles are not rules or laws as looked at in the Church, rather we must help the people to understand and live according to their principles. Hence, there is great need to build a Spirituality Principles Co-Lab™.

Learning methods:

Relational Models

Dynamic Storytelling

Interactive SocraticQ™

There is real need to invest in this kind of project. But bearing in mind that the money that will be invested must be able to do the right job. We must have clear mind of what we will do, how it will work and so on.

You also talked about Generational Decay. You did mention that working together as a team can help us be upright.

Another question you raised was, how can we make it different?

We need to develop a Communication Platform. This can enable us to address issues of Principles. The Youth today trust their iPhones more than their Faith. So, there is a need to join hands to build Cultures of Solidarity. It is our duty too, to give hope or encouragement to other people.

What the Sharing meant for me:

I would like to begin by quoting Albert Einstein, "The world is a dangerous place to live in, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who do nothing about it."

A call to wake up and join in a positive fight to make the world a better place to live in with full joy (Through work of love and sharing our different gifts, we must be able to realize the Community of joy).

A call to join hands in the research work that can make us understand our Culture, technology and improve our communication that will lead to the development of network Cultures that optimize stability and growth.

This networking with you, forecast that one day our Co-Lab™ shall also become a self-perpetuating, a self-regulating and even a self-funding community rooted in loyalty and commitment to you the founder.

I am now looking forward to working with you and to learn all the wisdom that shall come from you and from the team with whom you are in partnership. I am very happy to be part of the Global partners working with you as co-creator of God, to perfect the world through Awareness Communication Technology.

God Bless

Fr.
