It is the new pandemic of our times - affected and infected by our socio-cultural.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In a new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kornferry.com\/institute\/talent-crunch-future-of-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Korn Ferry study<\/a> that includes a sweeping country-by-country analysis,&nbsp;the biggest issue isn\u2019t that robots are taking all the jobs\u2014it\u2019s that there aren\u2019t enough humans to&nbsp;take&nbsp;them. Indeed, the study finds that by 2030,&nbsp;there will be a global human talent shortage of more than 85 million people,&nbsp;or roughly equivalent to the population of Germany.&nbsp;<strong>Left unchecked, in 2030 that talent shortage could result in about $8.5 trillion<\/strong> in&nbsp;unrealized annual revenues.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGovernments and organizations must make&nbsp;talent strategy a key priority and take steps&nbsp;now to educate, train, and upskill their existing workforces,\u201d says&nbsp;Yannick Binvel, president&nbsp;of Korn Ferry\u2019s&nbsp;Global Industrial Markets&nbsp;practice.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/insights.manpowergroupsolutions.com\/2018-talent-shortage-survey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2018 survey by Manpower:&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>...more employers than ever are struggling to fill open jobs.
