The reality is that to overcome and recover from mental and / or emotional problems and trauma requires a change in how we perceive, experience, understand, think and behave. The key word is CHANGE.

Informational Insights

The realities of the need to change are all around us. Our brains are conditioned to support our survival, and for many of us that means protecting ourselves from stress, pain and trauma.

When we fail to process stress, pain and traumatic events they haunts us and many people find themselves reliving the experience and trauma in thoughts, feelings, dreams, flashbacks and even behaviors, as our mind seeks to find resolution with the tools we have (good or bad).
