Following meetings with Richard Jorgensen, Father Santo puts into words some of the challenges the Church faces with obtaining funds within Uganda.

Dear Dr. Richard,

As you often say: Commerce is the foundation of growth for a civilization.  Economy (money), Controlling the Culture (fear-based) creates Commerce (quality of life).

The problem in Uganda with funding is there are many strings attached.
