Many years ago when my mother was young, she met an old sea captain whose wisdom changed her perspective on life and taught her how the nature of being in and of the world works.
He mentored her, shared his tales and knowledge about the sailing the high seas and what he had learned over many, many years of life. This old sea captain’s name was Richard, and he was the skipper of the most magnificent sailboat named The Midnight Sun.

Over the years, Richard shared his wisdom with many people and wrote nine books about all kinds of things so people all over the world could keep his wisdom in their pockets too, just like my mom. The books spoke of growing up, of relationships and of living a life of passion and purpose.
However, Richard came to realize that just as each sail out into the ocean was different from the last, as he never experienced two days of being out at sea where the swells were the same size, the winds were the same strength and the weather was the same temperature, no two people learned the same way.
Some people learn from reading, and he knew those people would benefit greatly from the books he wrote. But Richard wanted to create a way to reach all people, and support each person’s unique learning style. Aboard his magical vessel, Richard raised the Midnight Sun’s sails and headed for the limitless sea of enlightenment.
He anchored in a quiet cove off of Catalina Island and worked day and night by a burning bosun light as he created a sorceress technology.
This technology turns anyone’s computer into a spellbinding delivery system, so the wisdom that others want to share with the world can be understood and learned by everyone… supporting all learning styles, abilities and ages.
Now, people from all walks of life had the opportunity to fill their pockets with powerful perceptions about life so they could easily understand it and experience it in their own life.
Word got around of Richard’s creation and it spread like a flock of seagulls spotting a school of fish. All kinds of people wanted this thrilling technology -- parents, teachers, men with fancy ties, doctors, business owners, and kids just like me.
Years later my Mom met Dad and they continued on the journey of life together, sharing each other’s pockets of wisdom. Ever since I can remember my Mom and Dad have shared their pockets of wisdom and insight along with Richards’s magical technology with me.
