What has happened to us? Why is it that money and power are more important than life, ethics and morality?
What has happened to us that someone is willing to stand-by and not only kill an innocent animal, but knowingly allow him to suffer?
Informational Insights: The Horrible Truth
Cecil was a glorious male lion, with a fascinating family history as he maintained a large pride. Just a few months ago we were thrilled to watch him at close quarters in the field, and so his seemingly illegal death is heartbreaking. However, our goal is to learn from it. Good can come from this if the world's attention can lead to support for our work to improve lion conservation – helping us buy satellite collars, maintain our field vehicles and train excellent young Zimbabwean conservationists.

Possibilities for Consideration: Preserve and Conserve via Humanity
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

- Attitudes
- Thinking
- Feeling
- Behaviors
Innately, all of us are connected to and respecting of nature. We are not born killers, bullies and haters... life, circumstance and social conditioning shapes and models us into a role outside of our choosing.
What if we could give people back what was taken from them... THE CHOICE, THE CHOICE THAT WE NEVER GAVE CECIL... TO TRULY KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO BE FREE?!
