The objective is to use the beliefs book to begin to form a common language to communicate with our shepherd and the shepherd with our initial leaders (i.e. Richard, Dolly and a few others of the educated group). The process that will be using to combine self study, local onsite facilitation and periodic online collaboration.
By the shepherd recording the onsite local group self-study sessions we can review what is happening. While we develop a self-sufficient self-guided group of students and having been able to review the sessions that they had done with their shepherd, we will be able to then move into a collaborative discussion.
