The Millennial Medical Emergency
When you are experiencing a medical emergency and you are met with somebody void of compassion and empathy it makes the situation seem hopeless. A large percentage of millennials lack these traits and will make a difficult situation worse.
Unfortunately, the majority of America's workforce is currently comprised of millennials who each possess the passive power of "NO."
"No" means that your concerns aren't important to them. No is a powerful word. Giving someone from the millennial generation any form of power is like putting a loaded gun in the hands of an infant. Be aware.
The millennial healthcare worker's job is done when the box is checked off on their checklist. You are a checklist item to be checked off, not a person to treat and care for. Once you are checked off the list, you don't exist. This isn't limited to the patients, the internal teams are subject to the deteriorated intrapersonal relations cause by passivity and non-caring. Internally, the teams cannot work together - they can't be a team.
What is needed is a non-judging, non-confrontational app-based product that results in undeniable feedback created by a blend of AI + BI + HI + SI. In using this process the millennial is unable to deny the reality of their learned mental process (LMP™).
