The Millennial Human Resource
If you should ever experience the need for contact with the Human Resources department there is a good chance that it will be with a millennial representative. If you are speaking with HR then it's likely that a problem exists and you are already faced with challenges that cannot be overcome by yourself, alone.
Enter your millennial HR contact, who doesn't care about you or your problem, and who would prefer that you had never contacted HR to begin with, so they can return to the quiet fantasy land in their head.
Unfortunately, the majority of America's workforce is currently comprised of millennials who, beyond not caring about you nor their teammates, each possess the passive power of "NO."
"No" means that your concerns aren't important to them. No is a powerful word. Giving someone from the millennial generation any form of power is like putting a loaded gun in the hands of an infant. Be aware.
The millennial HR worker's job is done when the box is checked off on their checklist. You are a checklist item to be checked off, not a person to partner with and attend to. Once you are checked off the list, you don't exist.
This isn't a phenomenon limited to the HR representatives relations with their customers, it infects the whole of their department. Internally, the teams cannot work together - they can't be a team.
What is needed is a non-judging, non-confrontational app-based product that results in undeniable feedback created by a blend of AI + BI + HI + SI. In using this process the millennial is unable to deny the reality of their learned mental process (LMP™).
