Many people don’t want to see the elephant in the living room, and so avoid the encroachment of robots into the workplace and the ever increasing unemployment rate. As President Trump continues to create jobs and opportunities in America. His efforts may be for naught if the workforce culture is not mature or stable enough to pick up the ball.

The upcoming generation of millennial workers are poised and positioned to take the lead within the business world. However, they are ill prepared and ill equipped to take the reins. Thus, more companies will continue to look to technology to perform tasks that millennials can’t, won’t and fail to learn to do.
Without question, without changing the culture that we have in the generation now entering the workforce, companies will fail and our culture will continue to plunge into oblivion.
