The Divides, The Inequality
Our world today is divided. Our world today is unequal. Race. Gender. Religion. Politics. Age. Education. Finances. Beliefs. Values... This is a situation that is not inherent, it is by design.
Awareness Communication Technology, LLC, a Quad Gold Microsoft Field Research Company, designed Collaboration Laboratories (Co-Labs) to implement a managed process in which divides and inequalities are addressed and resolved.
Guided by the wisdom and leadership of our founder and CEO, with his 50 years + of experience within Artificial Intelligence, Learning Systems, Data Science and Business, Co-Labs offer the tools, resources, customization apps and templates to bridge divides and create solidarity within industries looking to HONESTLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR PROBLEMS, TODAY.
This process is done systematically within the culture, and starts with a clear understanding of the realities of what the divides and inequalities we face look like and where they come from.
We have been socially conditioned through the generations to accept and allow the gradual and subtle elimination of our freedoms. The most effective tool used in the social engineering (social conditioning) game is technology.
Technology today, is being designed, implemented, marketed and sold on the premise of adding value to our lives and making our lives better. The advancements in technology and machine learning result in devices and machines becoming smarter and more intuitive. Data is being gathered on the auspices of "helping" and empowering humanity. However, in reality the data is being used to profile, manipulate, dis-empower and replace people.
As devices become more "intelligent" and learn our ways, they become better able to predict our wants and needs. Thus, they are able to intuitively predict and make decisions for us. However, the problem is they limit our choices, they limit our ability to see beyond our frame of reference and hence our ability to change and grow beyond what we know. Ultimately, technology is becoming a tool that is systematically removing our "freedom."
The Loss of Freedom
When a person is convicted of a crime and put into prison what happens to him? He immediately loses the freedom to choose what to do, when to do it, how to do and why to do it. This sounds extreme, yet it is what has happened to our culture in a progressive and systematic way over many many years...
As human beings we seek a sense of FREEDOM. When this experience is taken away from us we experience FEAR and lose our:
- Self-authority (the ability to see choices)
- Self-responsibility (the ability to complete tasks and actions)
- Self-authority (the ability to learn from our experiences - mistakes and failures)
FEAR creates a sense of DISTRUST within us. In order to make sense of unresolved DISTRUST we begin to feel DIVIDED and UNEQUAL. We begin to feel different from others, unequal, disenfranchised, discriminated against and demand equality. Thus, we join groups of people who feel as unequal, disenfranchised and discriminated against as us and demand EQUALITY (i.e. race, gender, religion, politics, age etc). The irony is that these groups separate and divide more than they unite and empower.
These divides show up in various forms and subtle ways. They have been and are used by leaders and "the powers that be" to control and distract the population and turn the social focus from "WE" to "ME."
Turning the Tide
The principle and definition of EQUALITY has been skewed. The definition of EQUALITY as practiced today, demands sameness and removes the freedom of diversity and difference. However, the true meaning of EQUALITY, allows for the freedom of diversity and difference.
Great thinkers, philosophers and leaders have all spoke of equality in the sense that "we are all equal but different." The problem is that this is easier said than done. The social engineering that has and is occurring is strongly ingrained within our cultures. The key is we need to take the sliver out the same way it went in - by activating a bottom up management solution to empower CULTURES with:
- Shared-authority (the ability to see collective choices)
- Shared-responsibility (the ability to complete tasks and actions to achieve the common goal)
- Shared-authority (the ability to learn from experiences - mistakes and failures)
Possibilities for Consideration
This is part of a proprietary process that is currently launching with Microsoft within the 430,000 World-wide Microsoft Partner Network. The uses the psychology, sociology, methodology and technology that was designed to create the problem, to fix the problem.
This process has been proven and tested within multiple industries and environments to turn the tide and create interdependent level-5 Followship-Leadership cultures responsive to change.
We are seeing heroes and leaders within Industry (and Associations) who see the problems, want answers and are looking to join with others in a grassroots collaborative movement to drive the implementation of solutions within their networks and beyond.

I have been impressed with the urgency of doing. Knowing is not enough; we must apply.
Being willing is not enough; we must do.
