• Discovering answers (in terms of the complement to the problem), and
• Collectively turn the answer into an implementable solution that will be supported by all stakeholders.

Understanding The PWI Collaboration Solution:

1. The Co-Lab is formed with a defined GOAL (a problem to be solved, a challenge to be overcome, something that needs to be changed).
2. Next the Co-Lab provides the resources to provide the team (and the Co-Lab process) with the tools to:
   • Think Critically (How to Think)
   • Engage and Express (How to Communicate)
3. Built into the Co-Lab are SOS Resources that provide:
   • SOS Apps for On-demand Support
   • SOS Buddy Apps for Mentoring and Monitoring
   • SOS Completion Rewards for Motivation
4. People in the Co-Lab have access to a Library consisting of:
   • Dynamic Content
   • Socratic Questioning (and Conversations)
   • Software Templates (all built out)
5. These resources provide the road map to Collaboration and Publishing

The process of collaboration and publishing results in Data Analysis (intelligent data) and Business Intelligence (for better business decisions), which is then added back into the Co-Lab.
