Sixty years ago, inflexibility and resistance to change was becoming a predominant problem. Areas like modern science, technology and healthcare were advancing, yet 80% of people still could not change even if their lives depended on it.

People would not change even when change was the rational thing to do – society had evolved and blossomed, yet people had not. Concurrently, the people who were changing were often doing so in irrational and unexplainable ways (ethics, morals and reason did not apply). The sixties were a time of cultural revolution and people were deeply divided.

The Five Critical Phases of Commerce Development describe the path back to interdependence.

However, some of the challenges we face in the process of commerce development include:

Content Creators will partner with SOS Advisors to learn how to:

  • Understand these Foundation Models and Methodologies
  • Infuse DRMs, and utilize some/all of the associated elements, into their content
  • Create DRMs of their own that support the greater application of their content

Dynamic Relational Models (DRM) are used to clearly define and present ALL the elements of the topic and connect the cause and effect relationship of each element. Practical illustrations, called storytelling, are then used to relate to the target audience.

Proven eMod courseware is included to offer leaders, managers and individuals a practical way to better understand and apply the principles on which the AI+BI+HI+SI = AdI™ algorithm is built on.

The eMod courseware serves as instructional eModules to explain the various Dynamic Relational Models and illustrate their relationships to one another.

Topics of Interest

The AwareComm® Collaboration Laboratory (Co-Lab) process is designed to initiate mass education of critical thinking skills by multi-targeting Topics of Interest within any target community.

Topics of Interest bring people together, and through the Co-Labexperience, put them in charge of their organization and community cultures. A simple combined interest leads to the development of courses and an extension of outreach to expand community involvement.

Content creators possessing skills in specific Topics of Interest are invited to develop courses as Specialty Content Creators and expand their writing career as Specialty Consultants.
